Fr. Al is in his 13th year as pastor of St. Monica-St. George. He also assisted here for three years on a part-time basis, prior to becoming the pastor. Ordained in 1977, the first 13 years were spent in African-American parishes in New Orleans and Kansas City. From 1990-99, he served in an administrative office with the Franciscans. Fr. Al anticipates more years serving this wonderful, vibrant community with a great team of pastoral ministers.

Ms. Ann Boltz   Pastoral Associate
        annboltz@fuse.net
Ann joined our team in March of 2004 as the Pastoral Associate.
"I've been blessed with six children, 25-35, and five grandchildren. My spirituality is deeply rooted in my being a Mom and a "nana." This is my twentieth year in parish ministry. On many levels, it's a blessing. One of my favorite ministries here is the ministry to the sick and shut-ins. Worship, Bereavement, Women's Spirituality, Parish School of Religion and Evangelization are some of the other areas of my responsibility. In addition to my work here, I am a freelance presenter and Retreat Director. My plan is to stay here until retirement. I love this faith community!"

Linda is in her 12th year as Business Manager of St. Monica - St. George.  Her responsibilities include the management of the Parishes finances, fund raising for Campus Ministry, operation of the Parish Office, overseeing maintenance and any major projects. Mr. Michael Schreiner, Campus Minister
Having found my own calling to be a campus ministry through my experience at the Newman Parish I attended at the University of Florida, I feel extremely blessed to be at St. Monica-St. George and working with the students at UC. I feel in some small way, I am paying back for the blessings I received.
My areas of interest include social justice, scripture study, faith formation, and service.
I also act as the Chair of the Peace and Justice Committee of the parish and sit on the Pastoral Council.
I have worked on the Archdiocese of Cincinnati Social Action Commission, was on the Board of the Cincinnati Interfaith Worker Center, am a member of Pax Christi and the Catholic Campus Ministry Association.
I have a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Florida and I have a Master of Divinity from Weston Jesuit School of Theology (now Boston College School of Theology and Ministry). Prior to coming to St. Monica-St. George I worked in campus ministry at M.I.T. and St. Louis University. I have been at St. MoGo since 2004.
I live with my wife, Amy, and our son, Henry, in Bond Hill with 6 chickens.
